Set up your patient portal

To set up your patient portal account for the first time:

  1. Find the invitation email or SMS text message the office sent you and select the set password link
  2. Set a password for your patient portal account
  3. Login to covidtesting.icehealthsystems.com Link to an external site. with your new password and your username from the invitation

Now you can view and fill out forms shared with you by the office.

Next, fill out forms in your patient portal.
